According to the producers of the content, every person shown in a visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on LickFlix was at least 18 years old when that depiction was made.

Exemption statement

LickFlix is neither a primary producer nor a secondary producer, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, of any video that appears on this website. We do not film, produce, commission or edit sexually explicit material. What we do is limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, indexing and hosting of material that third parties produced. Under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4) these activities are exempt from the record-keeping requirements, and the records those rules require are held by the original producer of each video.

Finding the custodian of records

Every video here was made by a third party and was first published by that producer on other platforms. We index those videos so they can be watched here, and each video page names the producer or channel whenever we know it. For the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R.
