Please read these terms before you watch, sign up or post anything. They cover the whole of LickFlix at www.lickflix.com. In this text, “we” and “us” mean the people who run the site. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, leave the site now.

Who may use the site

This is a sexually explicit website, made for adults. To use it you must be 18 or older. Where the legal age of majority is higher than 18, that higher age applies to you. It must also be legal to view adult material in the place you are in. Keep minors away from the site: don't let a child use your device or your account to watch it.

About the videos

We don't make any of the videos. Third-party producers do, and the producers have stated that every performer was at least 18 years old when the video was made. We show video titles, descriptions, channel names and performer names so you can find what you are looking for. None of that means a channel, producer or performer supports or works with us. Picture quality depends on the source of each video. Any video can be changed or taken down at any moment, without warning.

Your account

You don't need an account to watch, and making one costs nothing. If you do make one, keep your password to yourself: anything done with your account is your responsibility. Your username should not be offensive and should not pretend to be another person or brand. When an account breaks these terms, we can suspend it or delete it.

Comments and anything else you post

What you post is on you. These things are not allowed: illegal content, hate, harassment, spam, other people's personal details, and anything that hints at minors or at people who did not consent. By posting, you allow us to display your post on LickFlix. We decide what stays up and may remove posts or accounts.

Things you must not do

Download, scrape, mirror, re-upload or share our videos or other content somewhere else.
Work around rate limits, access controls or other technical measures.
Use the site in any way that damages it or bothers other visitors.

Other websites

Some pages link to sites we don't run, for example a channel's own website. What happens on those sites, and how they treat you, is not our responsibility.

Liability

You get the site on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no promises or warranties of any kind about it. As far as the law permits, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss that comes from using it.

Updates and the rest

These terms can change. The date above tells you which version you are reading, and the newest version applies once you keep using the site after an update.
